Job description
Are you a compassionate and dependable caregiver looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? We are seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team! You will be working directly with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patients' homes.
nThis position is located in Pinellas Park, Florida.
nWhat you'll do:
nnAssist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
nProvide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
nPrepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
nAccompany clients to their appointments.
nPerform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
nMonitor and report changes in client condition.
nProvide companionship and emotional support (Offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections)
nFollow care plans and agency protocols.
n nQualifications:
nnValid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
nCurrent CPR certification (required)
nMinimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred)
nValid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
nRecent TB Test Results.
nCompassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
nMust have strong communication skills.
