Job Summary and Responsibilities
nAt Dignity Health at Home, we strive to embody our mission of delivering hope and healing to those we serve. As a Home Health Aide , you’ll engage in a range of exciting responsibilities, including:
nnnAssisting clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing and feeding.
n
nnAssisting patients with mobility and transfers.
n
nnCompleting necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
n
nnCommunicating effectively with clients, families and other healthcare professionals regarding client needs and concerns.
n
nnFollowing established care plans and contributing to the development of personalized care strategies.
n
n nJob Requirements
nQualifications:
nnnHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required.
n
nnSuccessful completion of a competency evaluation program.
n
nnCandidates must be listed on the state Nurse Aide Registry
n
nnOne year home health aide or nurse aide experience
n
nnCurrent CPR/BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross and compliance with state requirements
n

n$18.15 - $25.63 /hour
