NOW HIRING: CNA / CHHA - IN-HOME SHIFT CARE
Claremont, CA

SCHEDULING DETAILS:
* Monday through Sunday
* Morning Shift available
* Mid-Day Shift available
* Overnight (NOC) Shift available
* Flexible Hours - Full-Time or Part-Time
* Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
JOB SUMMARY:
The home health caregiver is a paraprofessional member of the home care team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist. This position includes providing personal care services, observing and reporting patient conditions, and documenting care provided.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Current California Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification
* At least 18 years of age
* Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care
* Self-directed with minimal supervision
* Compassionate and empathetic toward the ill, frail, or impaired
* Current CPR certification
* Valid driver's license and insured vehicle (per agency requirements)
* Professionalism, patience, and good personal hygiene
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Adhere to agency policies and procedures
* Assist with personal care and hygiene
* Assist with transfers and ambulation
* Prepare or reheat meals and assist with feeding
* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
