Home Health AideThe Lakes Home Care is looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.Responsibilities:Responsible for assisting patients with and per plan of care, the following:Baths, oral hygiene, dressing and undressing, toileting activities, feeding, etc.Safe transfer and ambulation techniquesPatient's laundryMeeting safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly (foot stools, side rails, etc.)Observation and teaching of home safety practicesRecognition of an emergency situation and knowledge of emergency management proceduresMust follow patients' plan of care and complete all tasks assigned.Communicates in a constant, clear, and effective way with the client, family/caregiver and officeObserves and documents patient condition and reports any changes, to the assigned nurse supervisorRequirements:HHA CertificationThe Lakes benefits:Part-time position.Flexible work hours.Join our team of healthcare professionals dedicated to improving the lives of our patients through quality care and compassion.
