Job description
Caregiver Needed – In-Home
nJoin our team providing one-on-one, in-home care with flexible short shifts (4–6 hours). Additional hours may be available across multiple locations if desired.

nService Area:
nCandidates must be willing to work throughout our service area, including Milford, Novi, Wixom, Highland, Walled Lake, South Lyon, and Commerce.
n
nWhat We’re Looking For:
nWe’re seeking compassionate, dependable, and service-minded individuals who enjoy helping seniors. Prior caregiving experience is preferred.
n
nKey Responsibilities: n Provide companionship and engaging conversation
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Offer medication and appointment reminders
Support personal care needs (bathing, toileting, incontinence care, dressing, grooming)
Treat clients and their homes with dignity and respect
n nRequirements: Valid Michigan driver’s license or ID
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (company-paid)
