nHealth Quest Home Care - Home Health Aide:
nSign on Bonus
nSalary Range: $19.50-$25.65
nResponsibilities:
nnnAssists the patient with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding and dressing..
n
nnAssists the client with exercises, ambulation, and transfer activities. This includes knowledge in use of assistive devices such as canes, walkers, crutches, and lifts.
n
nnIndependently assists the patient with meal preparation/cooking and/or feeding.
n
nnMust have working knowledge of special diets, diet restrictions, and techniques to maintain sanitary kitchen conditions to prevent food-borne illnesses.
n
nnAssists the patient with medication prompts to remind the patient to self-administer his/her medications.
n
nnIdentifies changes in patient condition that require notification to the patient's registered case manager.
n
nnTakes vital signs to include temperature, pulse, heart rate, respiratory rate.
n
n nRequired :
nnActive NYS, Home Health Aide Certification. Drivers License.
