Principal Accountabilities: 1. Assists patients into and out of bed or wheelchair, to lavatory, and up and down stairs. 2. Assists patients with personal care; bathe, shampoo and comb hair, clean and file nails and provide skin care. 3. Performs other related duties as assigned.Required: 1. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2. Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Certification. 3. Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred: 1. 1 year of experience as a CHHA.
