nWe are looking for a Home Health Aide to join our team and help our patients remain comfortable, at home .

nYou Will:
nnProvide quality supportive services to patients in their homes.
nProvide personal care services assigned by a nurse that includes, but is not limited to bathing, shampooing, skincare, oral hygiene and dressing.
nPerform and record measurements of patient's vital signs as instructed.
nPerform household services including but not limited to meal prep, feeding, laundry and light housekeeping.
nReport observed or reported changes in the patient's condition and/or needs.
nProvide instruction and education when appropriate to patients and family members on techniques for personal care.
n nWhat We Need from You:
nnA commitment to helping our home health patients remain comfortable, at home.
nSuccessful completion of a formal home health aide training program with a minimum of 75 hours of instruction.
nActive STNA License Required
nHigh School diploma or equivalent
nDemonstrated compassion, empathy and strong customer service skills.
nCurrent CPR certification.
nA minimum of six months experience in a home environment performing personal care activities along with household services.
nReliable transportation, with a valid driver's license, insurance and registration to travel in assigned territories.
nA completed and successful TB test, physical examination and a criminal background check.
