nEmmUcare Home Health provides non-skilled, non-medical home care, which means you do not need to be a nurse, CNA, or experienced healthcare professional to get started.
nWe provide the training and support you need to confidently care for clients in Hershey PA and surrounding communities.
nClient assignments are matched based on client needs, your availability, qualifications, location, and ability to travel.
nWhat You May Help With
nResponsibilities vary depending on each client's individualized care plan and may include:
nPersonal care, hygiene, and dressing assistance
nMobility and incontinence support
nCompanionship and emotional support
nMeal preparation
nLight housekeeping and laundry
nErrands and approved transportation
nMedication reminders
nQualifications
nWe're looking for caregivers who:
nHave a compassionate and professional approach to care
nCan follow an individualized care plan
nAre willing to complete required onboarding and training
nCan communicate effectively with clients and the care team
nHave transportation to client homes when required for an assignment
nNo prior home care experience is required — we provide training and support.
nOnboarding Requirements
nCaregivers must complete applicable employment and onboarding requirements, which may include:
nTB screening documentation
nEmmUcare competency training
nRequired employment documentation
nApplicable background and eligibility requirements
