nJOB SUMMARY
nWe are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to register with our team. In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs, provide compassionate care, and generally increase their quality of life. Responsibilities may include monitoring vital signs, assisting with hygiene needs, and medication reminders. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and willing to be an advocate for their patients.
nRESPONSIBILITIES
nAssist with daily living activities
nAssist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
nAssist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
nProvide adjunct client care
nProvide Companion Care
nRide Along to doctor appointments
nMedication reminders
nQUALIFICATIONS
nHome Health Aide Certification (HHA) or Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
nBackground Screen Level 2
nCurrent CPR Card (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
nIn-services ( OSHA, HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer's Disease, Domestic Violence, Assistance w/ Self- Medication, HIPPA)/
nProfessional Liability Insurance
nDriver's License or Identification Card
nAuto Insurance (if applicable)
nSocial Security Card
nProof of Residency or Citizenship
nCurrent Physical
nCurrent PPD or Chest Xray
nVerification of Employment
nPalm Beach License
