Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities:
Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other ADLs.
Provide personal care, companionship, and assistance as assigned.
Follow the patient's plan of care.
Report changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse.
Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
Complete required documentation.
Qualifications:
Current Florida HHA or CNA certification.
Home health or home care experience preferred.
Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
Reliable transportation.
