We are expanding across multiple counties and are looking for dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our team.ResponsibilitiesAssist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobilityProvide care for a fall-risk patient with close attention to safetyAssist with transfers, repositioning, and mobilityProvide companionship and emotional supportFollow the patient’s individualized care planMaintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort at all timesCommunicate clearly with the care team regarding any changes or concernsHHA/CNA RequirementsHHA Certificate (or Pass the HHA State Exam) or CNA License (required)CPR - BLS Certification (required)Physical Health Form within the last 6 monthsNegative TB Skin Test results or TBQ - Quantiferon Gold TB Blood Test resultCEU - HIV/Aids CertificateCEU - Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders CertificateLevel 2 Background Check (or willingness to obtain)Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of car insurance.Ability to work independently and professionallyWhat We OfferFlexible scheduling, cases close to home Supportive office team Direct Deposit Opportunities for steady hours ranging from 4hr, 8hr and 12hr shifts.
