Starting pay: $16 per hour

nDPS Home Health Agency Inc. is seeking caring, dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care and companionship. We offer flexible scheduling, supportive clinical leadership, and opportunities for professional growth.
nAbout the Role
nIn this home care position, you will provide non-medical support and companionship to clients in their homes, helping with daily living activities so they can live safely and comfortably. You will work closely with the clinical team, including Registered Nurses (RNs), to follow each client's individualized care plan.
nQualifications
nnnActive Florida CNA license or 40-hour HHA certificate.
n
nnCurrent CPR/BLS certification.
n
nnValid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
n
nnExcellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
n
nnAbility to work independently while providing compassionate, client-centered care.
n
nnHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.
n
nnPrior home care or caregiving experience preferred.
n
n nPreference will be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
nnnHome care or caregiving.
n
nnDementia or Alzheimer's care.
n
nnChronic disease support.
n
nnMobility assistance.
n
n nResponsibilities
nnnAssist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
n
nnPrepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
n
nnProvide light housekeeping and laundry support.
n
nnAssist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
n
nnMonitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse.
n
nnProvide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
n
nnFollow the individualized care plan established by the RN/clinical team.
n
nnMaintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
n
nnEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable state regulations.
