Job Title: Home Health Aide (CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, ILS) Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23 per hour Schedule Options: Days (Part-Time Availability) Up to $2,000 in bonuses! Caregiver Pay & Perks: Up to $2,000 in additional bonuses Employee Referral Program – earn up to $600 per referral Paid travel time between visits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans (Full-Time) Paid Time Off (PTO) (Full-Time) Mileage reimbursement (Full-Time) Visit lengths range from 3 to 12 hours Gain experience with delegated tasks Opportunities for career advancement within our family of companies Caregiver Responsibilities: Drive to clients' homes, spending at least 2 hours with each client Build strong rapport with older adult clients through regular visits Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily living activities Help maintain household cleanliness and provide hands-on care like transfers and therapeutic exercises Caregiver Qualifications: 18 years of age or older Valid documentation to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Willing to travel up to 35 miles from your home to clients' homes 1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA certification is a plus!)
