Position: Home Health Aid
What You'll Do
Personal Care / ADL Support — bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and safe transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility and repositioning
Light meal prep as needed
Maintain a professional, respectful environment

Requirements
CNA or HHA certification
2 to 3 years of experience in caregiving / personal care
Reliable transportation & valid FL driver's license
Ability to pass Level II background screening
Required Certificates: CPR, HIV/Bloodborne Pathogens, Alzheimer's/Dementia.
Responsibilities
Provide engaging companionship and conversation
Ensure the client's safety and well-being during visits and outings
Share interests such as music or discussion of classic cars
Accompany the client to approved outings (e.g., car shows)
Create a calm, enjoyable environment while the spouse is away
What This Role Is Not
No medical or clinical care required
No heavy physical assistance
No household chores beyond light companionship-related tasks
