Seeking Experienced HHA for ALF
We're seeking a certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team at a reputable Assisted Living Facility (ALF). As an HHA, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch care and support to residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia.

Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, bathing/showering, and eating
Provide support with personal and household chores, including tidying up rooms, errands, and delivering mail/newspapers
Transport residents within the community to meals, enrichment activities, and other programs as needed
Ensure resident care plans are reviewed and followed consistently
Observe and monitor residents for behavioral changes and/or adverse reactions to medications or treatment plans
Requirements
Home Health Aide certification is REQUIRED
Ability to understand, read, write, and effectively verbally communicate in English
