nBAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs) the following benefits:
nnnHome Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA's group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period .

nnHome Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

n nQualifications for HHA - Home Health Aide:
nnnMinimum one year work references in any type of field. - "Newly certified welcome"
n
nnCurrent HHA - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board
n
nnMust have reliable transportation
n
nnMust be able to communicate in English
n
nnMust be authorized to work in the US
n

n nJob Responsibilities for HHA - Home Health Aides:
nnnActivities of daily living
n
nnLight housekeeping
n
nnGrooming
n
nnToileting
n
nnRange of motion / exercises
n
nnTransfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
n
nnOral feeding
n
nnBathing
n
nnVital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
n
nnHome Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
n
nnAssisting with ambulation
n
nnMedication assistance
n
