Home Health Aide OpportunityWe are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care to individuals in need within their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for those requiring assistance with daily living activities.We are hiring across Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn.Responsibilities:Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressingProvide companionship and emotional supportAdminister medication under the direction of a nurse or healthcare providerHelp with household chores and meal preparationMonitor and report changes in client's health statusFollow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services providedRequirements:Experience in assisted living, home care, or similar settingsKnowledge of medical terminology and proceduresFamiliarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentialityAbility to perform tasks such as vital signs monitoring and medication administrationUnderstanding of dementia care practices is a plusCompassionate attitude towards individuals with developmental disabilitiesQualifications:Current New York State HHA CertificateFluency in English required; Spanish, Creole or Bilingual (English/Spanish) (English/Creole) a plus.Join our team of dedicated professionals and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.
