Home Health Aide

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Monitor and record patient conditions
Provide emotional support and companionship
Follow care plans and communicate with supervising clinicians
Qualifications:
HHA certification or equivalent training
Reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and time management
Experience with elderly or chronically ill patients is a plus
