nCompensation
nNon-Driver Rates
nnPCA: $18.65 per hour
nHHA: $20.50 per hour
n nDriver with Reliable Vehicle Rates
nnPCA: $20.00 per hour
nHHA: $22.00 per hour
n nSign-On Bonus/Referral Bonus
n$300 Sign-On Bonus for eligible new hires. Must take a case and remain active for 30 days
nRefer Two Friends & Earn $1,000! Refer two friends or caregivers who accept a case and remain active for 30 days, and you'll earn a $1,000 referral bonus .

n nResponsibilities
nnAssist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance
nProvide support with household tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
nEnsure client safety and proper use of equipment, including wheelchairs, oxygen equipment, side rails, and other assistive devices
nAccurately document services provided in accordance with agency policies and procedures
nReport changes in client condition, incidents, or concerns to the RN Supervisor promptly
nEstablish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families
nMaintain the confidentiality and integrity of client information and records
nAdhere to agency dress code, personal hygiene standards, and professional conduct expectations
nDemonstrate reliability, punctuality, and commitment to quality care
nParticipate in supervisory and care team processes as required by New York State regulations
nPerform additional duties as assigned by the supervising nurse
n nQualifications
nnPCA or HHA certification preferred but not required
nEntry-level candidates welcome to apply
