HHA/PCA- Broome County, NY
At Home Care Partners is a Licensed Home Care Agency providing comprehensive, compassionate, high-quality health care services to patients, families, and caregivers in the home.
We are expanding our caregiver team and currently seeking HHAs/PCA across Broome County, NY.

About the Role
As a HHA/PCA you will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:
Helping clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assisting with meals and light housekeeping
Providing companionship and daily support
Giving medication reminders
Reporting changes to the care team
Helping maintain a safe home environment
