At Home Care Partners is a Licensed Home Care Agency dedicated to helping individuals receive compassionate, high-quality care while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
We are looking for caring and dependable HHAs/PCAs throughout Herkimer, NY to become part of our growing team.

About the Role
As a HHA/PCA, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, including:
Helping clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assisting with meals and light housekeeping
Providing companionship and daily support
Giving medication reminders
Reporting changes to the care team
Helping maintain a safe home environment
