Home Health Aide (HHA) – Ulster County, NY
Hiring Certified HHAs Across Ulster County
Rockaway Home Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) for in-home care opportunities throughout Ulster County, New York.
We have clients across the county, including Kingston, Ellenville, New Paltz, Woodstock, Saugerties, and surrounding communities.

Your Day May Include
Helping clients with personal care and hygiene
Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
Supporting activities of daily living
Assisting with mobility and transfers
Preparing meals
Providing medication reminders as permitted
Light housekeeping related to client care
Providing companionship
Observing and reporting changes in client condition
Completing required documentation
Following established plans of care
We're Looking for HHAs Who Are
Certified as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in New York State
Authorized to work in the United States
Dependable and punctual
Compassionate and respectful
Comfortable providing one-on-one care in a client's home
Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
