n nAs a Home Health Aide HHA - Specialty Cases , You'll Contribute to Our Success By:
nnnSupporting new client admissions and Start of Care visits
n
nnProviding personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
n
nnPreparing meals and assisting with daily living activities
n
nnPerforming light housekeeping and household support
n
nnAssisting with errands and transportation when appropriate
n
nnMonitoring and reporting changes in client condition
n
nnMaintaining accurate documentation and visit records
n
nnProviding coverage for open shifts, call-offs, and urgent staffing needs
n
nnTraveling throughout the assigned service area to support clients
n
nnPromoting Elara Caring's mission and commitment to quality care
n
n nWhat Is Required?
nnnHigh School Diploma or GED, where required by state regulations
n
nnMinimum six (6) months of experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals
n
nnHome Health Aide, Personal Care Aide, Homemaker, CNA, MA, or similar certification where required
n
nnBasic technology skills and comfort using mobile devices, apps, and electronic documentation systems
n
nnStrong communication and interpersonal skills
n
nnCompassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach
n
nnAbility to work independently and adapt to changing assignments
n
nnReliable personal transportation, current registration, and auto insurance
n
nnAbility to travel throughout the assigned service area
n
nnAbility to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physical caregiving duties
