** This position is guaranteed 8AM-10AM Monday, Thursday and Friday with an additional 1-5 hours per week to start. **

What You'll Do
As a Home Health Aide, you'll play an important role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
Support independence: Help clients remain in their homes and maintain as much independence as possible.
Assist with daily living: Provide assistance with personal care, mobility, hygiene, light housekeeping, and other activities of daily living.
Build meaningful relationships: Get to know your clients and become a trusted, familiar part of their support system.
Keep an eye on changes: Observe and report changes in a client's condition or needs to the appropriate member of the care team.
Work as part of a team: Collaborate with Nurse Case Managers and other members of the care team to provide quality, compassionate care.

What You'll Need A genuine desire to help and care for others
Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, and dependable care
Comfort working independently in clients' homes
Reliable transportation to travel between client visits
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and the care team
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
