AccordCare is seeking experienced and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide exceptional, personalized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. Caregiver Responsibilities
Provide care according to the client's Plan of Care
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
Take vital signs and provide medication reminders
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Transport and escort clients to appointments and activities
Observe and report changes in the client's condition
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and safety standards
Qualifications
Active Florida CNA license required
CPR certification, in-person only
NEGATIVE TB Test / NEGATIVE QuantiFERON Blood Test
Ability to pass Level 2 background screening and drug screen
Reliable transportation preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
