We are hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) across the Fargo-Moorhead area to provide compassionate, one-on-one personal care right where our clients want to be, in their own homes.Why Join Us$17.00 to $22.50 per hour, with experience and certification rewarded.Meaningful, one-on-one care instead of a facility floor, with weekly paydays.Full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts to fit your life.Award-winning employer, recognized nationally for care and workplace culture.Teladoc virtual medical care and personal protective equipment provided.What You Will DoPersonal care and hygiene such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Help with mobility, activities of daily living (ADLs), meal preparation, and light housekeeping.Provide memory care to clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, supporting them with patience through changes in mood and behavior.Companionship and emotional support for seniors.Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the care team.What We Are Looking ForHHA certification preferred.
