nWe are seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for clients Jersey Shore PA and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful work, flexibility, and building trusted relationships with clients.
nResponsibilities
nDuties vary by client and shift. The tasks listed below are examples and may not be required for every assignment. Care is tailored to each client’s individual needs and care plan.
nPersonal care assistance (hygiene and dressing)
nIncontinence care and mobility support
nCompanionship and emotional support
nMeal planning and meal preparation
nLight housekeeping
nErrands and transportation
nMedication reminders
nCare documentation
nQualifications
nTwo-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray
nCompletion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
nReliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
nValid Driver’s license and the ability to travel for work
