Job description
Home Care Aide (Non-Medical) You’re the reason a client gets to stay in their own home. Evergreen by Park Capital Search is hiring Home Care Aides in San Diego for our client, a growing non-medical home care organization that treats caregivers like the professionals they are.

Time and a half on holidays
Shifts of 4 to 6 hours, or full-time hours if you want them, with no 2-hour split shifts
A small caseload, so you know your clients well
Mileage reimbursed from the first mile
Paid training, plus a care team you can reach when you need them
What you’ll do
Companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping and laundry
Personal care such as bathing, dressing and mobility, with dignity
Rides to appointments and errands
Medication reminders only (non-medical role, no clinical tasks)
What you bring
California Home Care Aide Registry registration, or willingness to complete it before your first shift
Live Scan background check and TB screening
Caregiving experience (family caregiving counts)
CPR and First Aid, or willingness to get certified
A reliable car, a valid license and insurance
