Key ResponsibilitiesHands-On ADL SupportSafely assist with transfers, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility while always preserving client dignity.Home Environment & Infection ControlChange linens, assist with light laundry, and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized living environment.Medication & Symptom MonitoringProvide medication reminders, observe for changes in condition, and report concerns or red-flag symptoms to the supervising nurse.Therapeutic Engagement & CompanionshipProvide meaningful interaction through conversation, reading aloud, reminiscence activities, range-of-motion exercises, and supervised walks.Accurate DocumentationComplete timely care notes, document client progress, and communicate observations through our digital charting system before the end of each shift.
