We are seeking dedicated HHAs to provide quality, in-home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. If you are passionate about caring for others and building meaningful relationships, we would love to have you on our team.ResponsibilitiesAssists clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and tolietingHelps with safe transfers, ambulation and mobilityPrepares light meals and assists with feeding as necessaryPerforms light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks related to the client's careMonitor and report changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse and care teamProvide companionship and emotional supportMaintain accurate documentation of care providedCertifications/Requirements (must have one of the following)Current active Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) licenseOhio Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license - less then two years oldOne year of verifiable experience with the last two years that is underneath the supervision of an RN.Other QualificationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insuranceAbility to work independently while following a personalized care planExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious caregiving or home health experience is preferred but not requiredFirst aid certification is preferred but not requiredWhat We OfferWeekly payFlexible schedulingSign on bonusWeekly gas incentives (up to $200 a month)Paid time offMedical, dental and vision benefitsSupportive and caring team environmentWhy Join Our Team?
