Job description
Join VNS Health in New York City as a Staff Home Health Aide, providing compassionate in-home care to patients across diverse communities. In this role, you will assist with personal care, mobility, vital signs, light housekeeping, and meal preparation while following care plans developed by nurses and therapists. You’ll observe and report changes in patients’ conditions, support medication reminders, and promote safety and comfort in the home.
