Home Health Aide Opportunity
Right at Home is seeking dependable, compassionate and skilled Home Health Aides to provide companion and personal cares to our clients in the North Liberty. Companion care includes light housekeeping, laundry assistance, transportation, medication reminders, meal preparation and participating in activities the client enjoys like puzzles or games. Clients may also need assisted walking, transfers, and exercises. Personal care includes help with bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
We are seeking Home Health Aides who are willing to work PM 8-10pm and weekend shifts with this client!!! Compensation and benefits for a Home Health Aide include:
Competitive Pay- $18-$20/hour depending on the type of client and work setting
Teladoc Health Program (unlimited virtual health visits)
Health insurance after 60 days with a 30-hr work week minimum

Requirements of a Home Health Aide include:
Valid Driver's License
Proof of Car Insurance
Pass Background Check
Ability to be reliable and dependable
Desire to care for older adults, keeping them safe and independent in their homes
Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide include:
Provide personal cares- showers, dressing, assisted walking, transfers
Assist with feeding, medication reminders, meal planning
Follow agency policies, procedures, and protocols
Provide companionship and engaging activities as appropriate
Provide transportation as needed
