nWhat you'll do:
nAssist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
nProvide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive environment for clients.
nPrepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
nMaintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping tasks.
nEscort clients to appointments, social activities, and errands as needed.
nObserve and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition to the care team.
nMaintain accurate documentation of services provided and communicate effectively with team members.
nAssist with administrative tasks when caregiver work is light, including scheduling and data entry.
nParticipate in training and professional development sessions as needed.
nAre You the Right Fit?
nMust be able to work with Homewatch CareGivers of Monroe Township - Old Bridge, NJ clients in Sayreville, Old Bridge, Monroe Township and surrounding areas.
nPrevious experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus but not require
nHigh School Diploma or GED
nSuccessfully Pass a Federal Criminal Background Check and Drug Test
nAuthorized to work in the United States
nNJ Residence
nNJ Driver's License
nYour own personal vehicle and valid car insurance
nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients and families
nCompassionate and patient demeanor, with a desire to help others
nAbility to work independently and manage time effectively
nProficiency in using mobile devices and basic technology for communication
nNote: Live-In caregivers are not required to have a driver's license or a car. We can provide transportation directly from your home to your cases.
nBENEFITS of Being a Professional Caregiver with Homewatch CareGivers of Monroe Township - Old Bridge, NJ:
nTop of industry pay - $18 to $22 per hour as a CHHA
