Join Our Team as a Community Care Aide!Make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults in your community. As a Community Care Aide, you'll support adults aged 55+ in maintaining their independence by providing compassionate, in-home assistance with daily living activities. Your care helps participants live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Responsibilities include:Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)Meal preparation and feedingLight housekeepingOccasional support in our adult day centerLocation: Homestead, PASchedules Available:Full Time 7am-3:30pm Sun-ThurFull Time: Noon-8:30pm Sun-ThurPart Time: 4pm-9pm Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri, SatCasual: Minimum 16 hours per month (including a day every other weekend)Compensation & Benefits:Starting at $16.50/hour, more based on experience$2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time hiresDaily Pay Available – get paid when you need itFull-Time Employees Also Receive:4 weeks paid vacation + 7 paid holidaysMedical, dental, and vision insuranceDisability coverageRetirement planMileage reimbursementTuition reimbursementAnnual performance-based raisesFree uniformsWhat You'll Need:High School Diploma or GEDCaregiving Experience PreferredValid PA driver's license and reliable vehicle
