Community Care Aide in WilkinsburgMake a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults in your community. As a Community Care Aide, you'll support adults aged 55+ in maintaining their independence by providing compassionate, in-home assistance with daily living activities. Your care helps participants live safely and comfortably in their own homes.Responsibilities include:Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)Meal preparation and feedingLight housekeepingOccasional support in our day centerSchedules Available:Full Time 7:00am-3:30pm Sunday-ThursdayPart Time: Evenings - 4-9p up to 4 days a week (to include 1 weekend day)Part Time: 4:00pm-9:00pm, Every other Saturday and SundayCompensation & Benefits:Starting at $16.50/hour, more based on experience$2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time hiresDaily Pay Available – get paid when you need itFull-Time Employees Also Receive:4 weeks paid vacation + 7 paid holidaysMedical, dental, and vision insuranceDisability coverageRetirement planMileage reimbursementTuition reimbursementAnnual performance-based raisesFree uniformsWhat You'll Need:High School Diploma or GEDCaregiving Experience preferredValid PA driver's license and reliable transportation
