Job description
Direct Care WorkerJoin our team at Always Best Care Senior Services & provide compassionate care to seniors in their homes. We are seeking Direct Care Workers to fill part-time positions with flexible, short shifts of 2-3 hours throughout the city of Philadelphia.ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care (as needed)Ensure the safety and well-being of clientsProvide companionship and support to seniorsQualificationsAt least one (1) year of experience working with seniors in a home settingHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and adapt to different situationsValid driver's license & reliable transportation (a plus)CNA, HHA, or BLS/CPR certification (a plus)BenefitsCompetitive hourly rateFlexible schedulingOpportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniorsSupportive work environmentAlways Best Care is an equal opportunity employer.
