Job description
Shifts:
nnMondays: 10 AM - 5:30 PM
nTuesdays: 10 AM - 5:30 PM
nThursdays: 10 AM - 5:30 PM
nFridays: 10 AM - 5:30 PM
n nResponsibilities
nnAssist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
nProvide support with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as needed.
nPrepare light meals and assist with meal planning, feeding, and hydration reminders.
nPerform light housekeeping tasks to help maintain a clean and organized home environment.
nOffer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and supportive interaction.
nMonitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or safety concerns to the appropriate team member.
nAssist with medication reminders in accordance with care plans and agency guidelines.
nSupport clients with errands, appointments, and transportation assistance when required and permitted.
nFollow care plans, safety procedures, and all applicable policies and documentation requirements.
n nQualifications
nnCurrent certification as a CNA, PCA, HHA, or equivalent caregiving credential, where applicable.
nPrevious experience providing personal care, home care, or patient support preferred.
nAbility to communicate clearly, compassionately, and professionally with clients and care teams.
nStrong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills.
nAbility to follow instructions, care plans, and safety protocols consistently.
nPhysical ability to assist with client care tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, and transfers as needed.
nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required based on assignment.
nCompletion of any required background screening, training, or state-specific requirements.
