nBAYADA Pediatrics has an immediate need for a CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant and/or HHA-Home Health Aide to care for our pediatric clients to provide assistance with personal care and activities of daily living. nWE HAVE JOB OPENINGS IN ALTOONA and SURROUNDING AREAS TO PROVIDE 1 ON 1 CARE IN THE HOME OR SCHOOL SETTING!
nQualifications for HHA:
nnnMust be at least 18 years of age
n
nnMinimum one year of verifiable work experience or completion of Medical-Surgical clinical rotation in nursing school
n
nnNo health care experience? No problem! We offer a 75-hour (2 weeks) paid Medicare training class.
n
n nOR
nnnCertificate of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA training
n
nnCurrent Pennsylvania CNA license in good standing
n
n nBAYADA offers our CNAs/HHAs:
nnnWeekly pay - HHA $12 - $15/hour - CNA $16/hour

n nCNA/HHA Job Responsibilities:
nnnConstant Supervision
n
nnEmergency response readiness
n
nnAssisting with mobility/ambulation
n
nnTransfers/use of mechanical lifting devices
n
nnToileting and hygiene assistance
n
nnOral feeding support
n
nnTherapy support
n
nnHome Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making, sweeping etc.
