Home Health Aide (HHA) – Per Diem – Nassau County
$19.65–$20.00 Per Hour | Flexible Scheduling | Weekly Pay | Immediate Openings

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for immediate per diem opportunities in Glen Cove, Glen Head, Oyster Bay, and surrounding Nassau County communities.
We have several current case openings offering consistent hours and the opportunity to provide meaningful, one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes.

Available Cases & Schedules Glen Cove: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
Glen Head: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
Oyster Bay: Friday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
These opportunities are ideal for HHAs seeking consistent weekday or weekend hours.

Qualifications Active New York State HHA certification required
Minimum of one year of HHA experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver's license preferred
Reliable transportation strongly preferred
Required Health Documentation
Candidates must provide the required health documentation for onboarding, including:Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON test completed within the past 12 months , or a chest X-ray completed within the past 5 years
MMR immunization documentation, as required by applicable onboarding requirements
