Live-In HHA – Suffolk County $255.45 Per Day | 3-Day, 4-Day, 5-Day & Weekend Live-In Cases Affirmed Home Care – NY's Premier Concierge Home Care Agency

Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Live-In HHAs and Drivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients throughout Suffolk County. We offer a variety of live-in opportunities, making it easy to find a schedule that fits your availability.

Starting Rate: $255.45 Per Day Work With Someone You Know Know another HHA who is looking for live-in work? Refer another caregiver and coordinate a case together. This is a great opportunity to work with someone you trust while helping provide consistent care to the client.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care and activities of daily living

Provide medication reminders

Prepare meals

Perform light housekeeping

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities for driver assignments

Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of HHA experience

Valid NYS HHA Certificate

Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for driver assignments

Clean driving record preferred

Physical exam within the past year

PPD/QuantiFERON within the past year or chest X-ray within the past 5 years

MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
