BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Recruiting Manager for our Saint Petersburg, Bradenton and Tampa Assistive Care Office. Lead full-cycle recruiting of Home Health Aides, manage postings, source candidates, screen, interview, extend offers and coordinate onboarding to ensure caregivers are prepared to start.
You will partner with office leadership, ensure compliance and documentation, and drive a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
