A primary way staff connect to our mission is by collaborating with all team members in promoting an environment that provides quality, compassionate, holistic, patient-centered care and supports all internal and external customers.Recruitment Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Must be able to read and understand written instructions; Must be able to take direction via telephone in patient's home; Must be able to make meaningful observations and report changes in patient condition; Must have basic knowledge of computer applications and ability to enter patient information into an electronic device. Successfully pass all competency exams.License And Regulatory Requirements:CHHA certification in the State of New Jersey required. Qualified for employment under current state (Pennsylvania or New Jersey) state regulations, current driver's license and access to a car, current car registration, and current car insurance.Redeemer Health is an equal opportunity employer.
