Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Compassion and empathy for individuals.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and work schedules.
Experience working in nursing homes, home care settings, or assisted living facilities is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance to individuals.
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
Provide companionship and engage in activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation.
Clean and maintain a safe and sanitary environment for clients.

Requirements
• Active STNA certification or relevant caregiving experience
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Valid driver's license or state ID
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
Responsibilities
• Provide personal care assistance to clients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment
• Observe and report changes in client condition
