Home Health Aide or personal care experience preferred
Experience in nursing home, assisted living, or home care settings is a plus
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass required background screening
Professional and compassionate demeanor
Ability to follow care plans and maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance in clients' homes
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Provide companionship and social engagement
Maintain a clean and safe home environment
Follow established care plans and document services provided

Requirements
• STNA certification, HHA certification, or relevant caregiving experience preferred
• Experience in home health, nursing home, or assisted living settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and dependable demeanor
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain confidentiality
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass background screening requirements
Responsibilities
• Provide personal care assistance to clients in their homes
