We are committed to treating every client like family, delivering compassionate, respectful, and dependable care that allows individuals to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.We are looking for caregivers who lead with kindness, patience, and heart.As a Home Health Aide, you will:Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingOffer mobility support and safe transfersPrepare light meals and assist with feeding when neededPerform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environmentProvide medication remindersOffer companionship, conversation, and emotional supportObserve and report changes in client conditionMaintain accurate service documentationYour presence will make a real difference in someone's daily life.Who you are:Previous caregiving or home health experience preferred but not requiredHHA or CNA certificationCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Reliable transportationAbility to pass background screeningStrong communication skillsCompassionate, reliable, and professional demeanorWhat we offer:Starting pay at $15/hourOvertime opportunitiesFlexible scheduling (9–40 hours per week based on availability)A supportive, family-oriented teamMeaningful work that truly mattersReferral bonusIf you have a heart for service and want to be part of a team that values compassion above all else, we would love to meet you.
