Home Health AideSterling Park Assisted Living, a 107-apartment Assisted Living Facility (AL), located in Waite Park, MN, is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. Home Health Aides provide meaningful support, positively impacting the lives of our residents.Current Needs: Full Time and Part Time Opportunities available. Starting wages up to $24.00/hourSign-On Bonus: $2500 (Full Time) $1500 (Part Time)Job Summary: Home Health Aides (HHAs) perform tasks as delegated and/or indicated on resident care plans. Assists residents in daily living activities such as dressing and undressing, bathing, dining, and cleaning services.Qualifications:Able to interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families, and employees.Able to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.Accura HealthCare embraces a unique upside-down culture, putting residents and direct-care staff at the top level of the organization.
