Job description
Home Health AideAs a Home Health Aide, you'll improve the quality of life for patients in a variety of circumstances. You'll visit your patients in their homes - a place that's typically most comfortable for them. HHAs help patients who are working on physical rehabilitation by helping them bathe, perform personal cares (including toileting and incontinence needs), dressing changes, mild exercises, and light housekeeping when necessary. This work will help provide a healthy, safe environment for healing. You'll also visit hospice patients and help them approach end of life with dignity and comfort. This Home Health Aide position will primarily serve patients in the St. Cloud and surrounding areas.SchedulePart-time | 48 hours every two weeksVarious days Monday - Friday | 8:00 am – 4:30 pmEvery 7th weekend and rotating holidaysPay and BenefitsStarting pay begins at $19.74 per hour and increases with experiencePay range: $17.70 - $26.54 per hourMilage reimbursement and extra pay for working weekend shifts!Part-time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!QualificationsCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in MN requiredCurrent American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider cardReliable transportation, Minnesota driver's license, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage requiredHome Health Aide certificate and some home care experience preferredCentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
