nJoin Quinton's Global as a Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant in Bismarck, ND, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
nResponsibilities:
nAssist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
nMonitor and record patients' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
nProvide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
nAdminister medications and assist with mobility and physical exercises.
nMaintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
nFollow care plans and assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
nCollaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
nDocument care provided and maintain accurate records of client progress.
nRequirements:
nCurrent certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).
nPrevious experience in a home health or caregiving role preferred.
nStrong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
nValid driver's license and reliable transportation.
nBasic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
nWillingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
nFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
