Senior Helpers - MarltonSenior Helpers - Marlton is seeking compassionate and reliable NJ Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) and Live-In Home Health Aides to provide exceptional in-home care to our clients throughout Burlington County, and Camden County NJ Areas. We are urgently looking for caregivers for the Burlington Township area. These roles involve supporting seniors and individuals with daily living activities to promote their independence and enhance their quality of life. We also have Live-In Home Health Aide positions! Some of the areas and towns we service are Evesham, Mt. Laurel, Willingboro, Cherry Hill, Gloucester, and Pennsauken Townships.Home Health Aide Responsibilities:Provide care and assistance to senior clients in accordance with their individual care plansAssist with medication reminders, grooming, bathing, and other activities of daily living.Monitor and report any changes in client's physical, emotional, or mental condition to the supervising nurse.Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients.Provide companionship and engage clients in activities to promote physical and mental stimulation.Communicate effectively with clients and their families, as well as the Senior Helpers team.Home Health Aide Requirements:Valid New Jersey Home Health Aide Certification (CHHA).Valid Drivers License.Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes in the Atlantic County and Cape May County areas.At least 1 year of experience as a care giver.Flexible availability to accommodate client needs is a Huge PlusLive-In Certified Home Health Aide Responsibilities:- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation assistance)- Light housekeeping/ Laundry- Medication reminders - Assist with daily exercises - Companionship (Conversations, take client to activities)-Accompany clients to appointments and errands- Meals (Preparing specific meals, escorting to the dining room)Live-In Home Health Aide Requirements:1 Year Experience as a Caregiver with NJ issued CHHA LicenseMust be eligible to work in the USValid driver's license and vehicle for transportation is a Big Plus (optional)Live-In Home Health Aide (CHHA) Weekly schedule: Mon-Sun, Full TimeBenefits:Competitive pay ranging from $19.00 to $21.00+ per hour.Flexible scheduling options to balance work and life.Supportive work environment with ongoing training and development opportunities.Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals in the community.Wages on DemandVoluntary and Group Life Insurance Flexible Spending (FSA) & Dependent Care (DCA) AccountsTelehealthDental InsuranceVision InsuranceWellness PreventativeHealth Discount ProgramVoluntary and Group Long Term Disability CoverageAflacInfiniti Guard Protection PlanID Theft ProtectionPrescription Drug Discount ProgramPet InsuranceAdditional Benefits:Specialized Dementia and Parkinson’s trainingSupportive Office StaffOngoing Education and CreditsASK ABOUT OUR FREE REMOTE 6 WEEK CHHA COURSES AVAILABLE EVERY MONTH.
